Are you a Building Services Project Manager from a mechanical background looking to join a collaborative and continuously growing contractor, where you will be recognised as the go-to technical expert within the business?

On offer is a great opportunity to take the reins in a role fundamental to the future success of an ever growing business, leading an array of mechanical projects.

In this office-based role you will be given full autonomy and freedom to manage mechanical construction projects from cradle to grave. This will involve handling labour, sub-contractors, and overseeing the design team, along with visiting sites for tending and overseeing the full delivery of buildings within the commercial and industrial sector.

This specialist contractor handles commercial and industrial environmental control projects, specialising in HVAC and heat pump solutions. With a current turnover of £10 million, they are projecting £16 million by 2030 with this new role playing a crucial part in their plans.

The Role :

• Managing construction projects valuing from £100k to £4 million from cradle to grave
• Conducting surveys, tendering, handling sub-contractors and the design team
• Covering up to Birmingham and across to London
• Office based in Cardiff, travelling to Bristol office once a week
• Monday to Thursday 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm, finish 4pm Friday
