They are looking for a Legal & Finance Administrator to join them on a full-time basis, working from their office (3 days a week with 2 days working from home) based in West London.
Job description :
Provide combined administrative support for patents and research grants (70% / 30%).
Patent Management (70%)
- Maintain patent application records on internal systems
- Track deadlines, collect inventor input, and liaise with stakeholders (IP team, patent attorneys).
- Organize internal IP workshops and reports.
Research Grant Management (30%)
Submit claims and forecasts for EU research grants.Attend meetings with funding agencies and project leads.Track grant spending and update budgets.Requirements :
Degree in engineering, science, or related field (or relevant work experience).Experience in administrative / office management, with some legal / financial background a plus.Patent / IP administration experience preferred.Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook) and top-notch organization.Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team.Thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural R&D environment.If you are interested in applying for this position or would like more information please get in
