Court Fields School is seeking to appoint an exceptional and inspiring Head of Year. Teaching subjects of Food Technology, Modern Foreign Languages or Health & Social Care could be advantageous, but all subjects will be considered.

We are looking for a Head of Year who :

Has a commitment to improving the life chances of young people.
Has a clear understanding of the pastoral and academic support and development that enables young people to succeed.

We are looking for a teacher who :

Has a passion for their subject.

Has excellent subject knowledge.

Will build positive relationships with all learners.

Will work effectively within a team context.

Is well organised and looks to plan and deliver their subject in an exciting and engaging manner.
