Job description

COMO Metropolitan London is a 144 bedroom property with 19 private residences situated in the Heart of Mayfair.

What you will do :

  • Carry out mise-en-place and ensure all preparations

are arranged neatly and orderly before service.

  • Help with the preparation of dishes and service for

    • daily events and functions, under the supervision of the Head Chef and

    Sous

    Chef.

  • Minimise waste by using ingredients following the

    • recipe, checking date labels, and controlling quality.

  • Be prepared to work on different tasks during the

    • day, shifting quickly from one job to another and remain focused.

    Who you are :

  • Have experience preparing,

    • cooking and presenting dishes within your specialty

  • Will have previous experience working in a fast paced Kitchen
  • Experience working within a team

    • Desirable
