are looking for an experienced and creative Chef de Partie to join the team at Harry’s Bar , an exclusive private members’ club, part of The Birley Clubs .
Harry’s Bar is a private members’
restaurant and bar with an air of classic Italian elegance, famed for both the
beauty of its décor and the quality of its food. The Northern Italian menu has
delighted Members for 30 years with its impeccably sourced ingredients – from
Alba truffles to beautifully cured Prosciutto di Parma – matched only by the
care and skill given to their preparation.
Chef de Partie you will effectively
run a section ensuring the quality of dishes being prepared are consistent and
meet the standards of the Head Chef. You will be responsible for ensuring the
more junior chefs in the section are given clear direction and effectively
supervised to be able to develop their knowledge and skills.

We are ideally looking for candidates
who :
Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high quality and busy
destination restaurant
Have a passion for food and working with seasonal high quality
ingredients
Are excellent team players with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Are motivated and looking to develop their career as a Chef
working within an Italian restaurant would be beneficial but not essential
