You will be specifically focused on modifications, interior strip and replace on modern Aventra Stock within a mid-sized maintenance depot. This position is the key focal point for the safe and reliable running of the fleet and is a key requirement against the Service Agreement (SA). This is a safety Critical position working on a busy live rail maintenance depot and in this role you would be expected to complete the following :

• Work from written instruction (VMI)
• Work from Engineering drawings, working to specific measurements
• Remove large components such as axle boxes, bogies, valves and couplers
