Warehouse Manager Co. About you +3 years of experience in warehouse management Strong people management skills, with an understanding of HR and H&S policy Proficient with MS Office Duties Responsibility for all day to day warehouse operations. Budgetary responsibility for the department Follow despatch schedules to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met Control the storage of finished goods inventory and manage intake of goods from other Group sites Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff Identify training / coaching needs Take responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of machinery and trucks To identify and provide recommendations for improvements and future development Take responsibility for the efficient utilisation and co-ordination of resources within the Warehouse in line with demands from custom despatch and internal departments.
