Finance Manager – Exciting Opportunity!

Are you an experienced finance professional looking for your next challenge? Pertemps is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Finance Manager to join a well-established organisation, playing a key role in leading the finance team and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Location : Tavistock

Salary : £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)

Contract : 6-month temporary role with potential for a permanent position

What You’ll Be Doing :

Overseeing the finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting

Managing Accounts Payable, Receivable, and financial accounting processes

Leading and supporting the finance team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy

Handling statutory accounts, audits, VAT returns, and payroll

Managing cash flow forecasting and financial policies

Providing key financial insights and support on strategic decisions

What We’re Looking For :

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification preferred (or equivalent experience)

Strong finance / accounting background with management experience

Knowledge of Sage 200 (desirable)

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a busy environment

Monday to Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm
