Logistics Design Coordinator

We’re looking for a Logistics Design Coordinator to join our site in Wellingborough . The purpose of this role is to strengthen the pricing and implementation of carrier solutions for new customer enquiries or significant changes to existing business.

Joining us on a permanent, full-time basis, you will predominately work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm .

What you’ll do on a typical day :

• Reporting to the Pricing and Solutions Team Leader, define solutions for new customers, which meet / exceed their expectations to aid in winning new business profitably.
• Constant review of pricing frameworks to ensure the best services are offered to our existing customers.
• Training and support tickets for the Carrier Management System.
• Basic project management to support new customer / carrier implementations.
• Onboarding of new carriers, managing online carrier portals, annual rate card, and site / depot visits to better understand carrier processes and end-to-end requirements.
