Estates Officer

We are actively seeking an experienced Estates Officer to work for an organisation based in West Yorkshire. The contract will last an initial 6 months but with likely extension or permanent contractPosition : Estates OfficerLocation : West YorkshirePay rate : £24 to £30 per hour on an Umbrella or CIS basisKey Responsibilities :

• Manage contractors and direct labour on hospital site
• Allocate reactive repairs and PPMs
• Ensure compliance with HTMs, Health & Safety and wiring regulations
• Authorised Person for mechanical, electrical and building maintenance
• Paperwork and certificates relating to ventilation and Legionella
