Grounds Persons - Public Sector - L / Derry

Benefits :

Location : L'Derry

Hourly Rate : £10.60 ph

Hours of work : 37 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8.00 am - 4.30 pm & Friday 8.00 am - 1.00 pm

Benefits : 34 days annual leave pro rata

No Weekends

Duties :

Driving, operating and maintaining a range of mechanical, electrical and handheld equipment and machinery.

Grass cutting, hedge cutting, strimming, edging, maintenance of shrub beds and grassed areas,

Working outside in all weather conditions.

Criteria :

Relevant experience in grounds maintenance / landscaping environment.

Ability to carry out heavy lifting duties.

7.5 tonne C1 licence.

As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
