What you’ll be doing :
- Acting as initial point of contact for apprentices, providing information, advice and guidance.
- Responsible for meeting with apprentices and their employers to review their progress and will have a case load of 40-50 apprentices to manage.
- Monitoring progress against apprenticeship standards.
- Conduct regular reviews with apprentices and their line managers.
- Maintaining strong relationships in this rapidly developing field.
