As our Attendance Officer, you’ll play a vital role in improving student attendance, supporting families, and working closely with staff to ensure all students thrive. We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and colleagues. The ideal candidate will be empathetic and understanding, offering support to families while maintaining a focus on student success. You'll bring initiative and problem-solving abilities to overcome attendance challenges and have strong administrative skills to manage data and records accurately. Experience in education or a similar setting is preferred but not essential.

This is a permanent opportunity, working 36.5 hours per week, term time + 1 week of inset and offers an actual salary of £20,072- £22,128 per annum (£23,656- £26,079 full-time equivalent), based on experience.
