Support Worker - Holly LodgeLocation : Holly Lodge, Tonbridge, TN11 9LT - Rural setting – Drivers Essential (Manual Preferred)Salary : £11.44 per hour (equiv. to £23,264 per annum) + £1,200 complexity payment (where applicable)Hours : Full-time (39 hours) & Part-time (Minimum 15 hours, fully flexible)Shift Patterns :

• 7 : 00 AM / 7 : 30 AM – 2 : 30 PM
• 2 : 30 PM – 10 : 00 PM / 10 : 30 PM
• Mid Shifts : 8 : 30 AM – 8 : 30 PM / 8 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM

• Experience working in a team and physically active roles (Must be able to swim, ride bikes, and walk long distances)
• Understanding of autism, communication challenges, and behaviour triggers
• Awareness of MCA (Mental Capacity Act) & DoLS (Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards)
• Basic knowledge of health and nutrition

• Implement PBS plans to provide effective support
• Assist with personal care, health, and nutrition
• Plan and participate in daily community outings and activities
• Help individuals maintain their baseline and manage behaviours of concern
• Provide full support for medical appointments and work closely with healthcare professionals
