- 7 : 00 AM / 7 : 30 AM – 2 : 30 PM
- 2 : 30 PM – 10 : 00 PM / 10 : 30 PM
- Mid Shifts : 8 : 30 AM – 8 : 30 PM / 8 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM

- Experience working in a team and physically active roles (Must be able to swim, ride bikes, and walk long distances)
- Understanding of autism, communication challenges, and behaviour triggers
- Awareness of MCA (Mental Capacity Act) & DoLS (Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards)
- Basic knowledge of health and nutrition

- Implement PBS plans to provide effective support
- Assist with personal care, health, and nutrition
- Plan and participate in daily community outings and activities
- Help individuals maintain their baseline and manage behaviours of concern
