The role of Nursery Practitioner is ideal if you :

Day-to-day you will be responsible for :

Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the nursery and ensuring a high standard of care is provided

Showing genuine care for the children and contributing to the planning and development of activities

Creating an educationally stimulating environment in accordance with Every Child Matters and the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework

Maintaining an interest in our children & families, being aware of any additional needs, family cultural requirements and medical histories

Maintaining records as required by Ofsted Registration

After your first year with us, success would look like :

You have built trusting relationships with our children, families & other members of staff

You have helped deliver our nursery ethos and provided the highest standards of care

You have been adaptable and able to work autonomously

Hold a recognised Childcare qualification

Show initiative and be able to work proactively
