Sales Manager – Steel Window IndustryLocation : Evesham, WorcestershirePosition Type : PermanentSalary : £40,000 - £60,000 per annum + Bonus + BenefitsAbout the Role : We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team, leading Business Development, Sales, and Estimating across our commercial, domestic, and refurbishment divisions. This is an exciting opportunity to take a senior role in a growing and respected company within the steel window industry.Key Responsibilities : Commercial Division : Identify and develop new leadsBuild and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and other specifiersActively follow up on estimates to secure ordersDomestic Division : Follow up on estimates, with a focus on larger contractor-led projectsDevelop strong relationships with specifiers and local contractorsExpand and support our reseller networkRefurbishment : Follow up estimates for refurbishment projects, particularly large-scale contractor projectsGeneral : Take the lead on managing and enhancing websites, social media presence, and general marketing activitiesDrive improvements in internal systems, reporting, and communication processesAbout You : Strong background in business development and salesExcellent relationship-building and communication skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and organisedComfortable working independently and leading initiativesExperience in the steel window industry is an advantage but not essential — the right attitude and a willingness to learn are what matter mostWhat We Offer : A permanent, stable position within a well-established companyCompetitive, negotiable salary packageOpportunity to make a significant impact and shape the future growth of the businessFor more information, contact Rory McStay
