This is a hands-on leadership role, managing one direct report (Production Assistant) and ensuring the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of the recovery plant.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant operations, HSE management, and budget control, with experience in tank farm operations being highly advantageous.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficient processing through polishing pods to meet production targets.
• Manage and support a Production Assistant, ensuring training, development, and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and drive a strong safety culture on-site.
• Monitor and control budgets, providing cost analysis and operational reports to senior management.
• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance coordination, and troubleshoot production issues to minimise downtime.
