Job Description
- Supporting solicitors in managing their caseloads, particularly in relation to Wills, Trusts, and Executries.
- Handling client communications and maintaining client relationships.
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence in accordance with established procedures.
- Assisting with probate and estate administration processes.
- Conducting legal research and fact-checking to assist with case preparation.
- Maintaining and updating client files and legal databases.
- Assisting with billing and financial management procedures.
- Complying with all legal standards and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Private Client Paralegal should have :
- A strong academic background in law.
- Experience in a legal environment, specifically within the private client sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- The capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
