This role is integral to ensuring the venue's facilities remain in excellent condition, providing a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks to ensure the venue operates efficiently and safely.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests in a timely and effective manner.
• Perform carpentry tasks, including repairs and installations as required.
• Undertake painting and decorating work to maintain the venue's high standards.
• Conduct routine water testing in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with general fabric maintenance tasks, including fixing doors, locks, flooring, and other minor repairs.
• Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard, adhering to relevant health and safety procedures.
