As Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in developing the “New Categories” proposition through identifying new opportunities by analysing market trends & consumer behaviour, to drive performance improvement as well as identifying new revenue opportunities. Working closely with Category teams, Commercial Finance, Channels, Customer Insights, Data & Analytics & Marketing, you will use data to make recommendations for pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
To help ‘Everybody Enjoy Amazing Technology’ by putting the customer at the centre of the decision-making process, we continue to explore and expand our portfolio of products, services and subscriptions. This role will be pivotal to supporting transformation projects as part of our 3YP growth initiatives reporting on existing performance, measuring tests & trials, searching for key trends & identifying further initiatives which are viable & financially beneficial.
You will be responsible for examining market trends, sales data and financial performance. You will conduct analysis and offer recommendations under the guidance of the Head of Category to enhance operational efficiency and drive the overall Category success. This role supports the strategic planning process, ensuring the category remains competitive, adapting to market changes and delivering all objectives through data-driven decision making.
You will have strong commercial acumen and analytical data skills, with a strong desire to collaborate and work cross functionally. You will have strong influencing skills and be comfortable working with internal and external third parties to deliver profitable growth.
