Quality Advisor

Quality Advisor- Carlisle : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Advisor to join our team on a 6-month project (minimum) at Harker Substation in Carlisle.We can pay outside IR35.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance : Implement and maintain a robust quality management system, ensuring all construction activities adhere to project specifications and industry standards.Inspection and Verification : Carry out regular inspections of materials, equipment, and workmanship to identify and address any potential non-conformities.Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality-related issues, preparing clear and concise reports for the project team.Communication and Collaboration : Work closely with the site team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration on quality-related matters.Risk Management : Identify and assess potential quality risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.Continuous Improvement : Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance quality processes and procedures.Training and Development : Provide training and guidance to site personnel on quality procedures and best practices.Essential Qualifications and ExperienceValid CSCS cardSMSTS qualificationFirst Aid certificationProven experience working as a Quality Advisor on substation projects, ideally within a tier 1 contractor environmentStrong understanding of quality management systems and proceduresExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team2 professional references Give Harry a call on (phone number removed) if interested.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
