Our Corporate Accounting team in Corporate Finance is recruiting a Global SAP Key User (m / f / d) :

Your tasks :

  • Lead the Finance Key User Community : Take charge and serve as the primary interface to SAP gPO Finance and other stakeholders.
  • Define System Requirements : Outline system needs based on financial requirements in a dynamic regulatory environment and spearhead implementation efforts with key users, the IT department, and external service providers.
  • Provide Second-Level Support : Offer second-level support to finance key users globally, focusing on analyzing and effectively resolving issues.
  • Identify and Resolve Improvement Areas : Responsible for spotting and addressing areas needing enhancement within Finance.
  • Develop Training Materials : Create training materials and deliver thorough end-user training.
  • Organize and Oversee Testing : Organize efficient test setups for financial systems and supervise the testing process.

Your profile :

  • Educational Background : A university degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, economics, or a related commercial field.
  • Practical Experience : Practical experience in an accounting position is crucial for this role.
  • SAP S / 4 Hana Knowledge : Experience with SAP S / 4 Hana and an understanding of its improvement potentials.
  • Empathetic Key User : Ability to enhance the working lives of colleagues through SAP improvements.
  • Process Definition Experience : Demonstrable experience in defining processes.
  • Language and Travel : Fluency in English and flexibility for occasional international business travel are mandatory.
