The role

We aim to build a diverse network of partners,which could include ISVs, ERP software integrators, Financial Institution andConsultancy Firms. The Partnerships team is a critical part of our growthstrategy for our SaaS business.

The Senior Partnership Manager will play apivotal role in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with keystakeholders, including other businesses, industry organisations, andtechnology partners. This individual will be responsible for driving revenuegrowth, expanding market reach, fostering collaborative relationships, andshaping the partnership strategy to support our company's objectives.

This role requires regular collaborationacross Soldo Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Business Operations,Risk and Legal teams. Some business travel is expected.

We're looking for someone who must have :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a SaaS company in a partner or channel management sales-related role with a track record of building and closing partnership opportunities.
  • Experience in building effective relationships and negotiations, with both account management and new business sales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence the decision-making of both internal and external stakeholders through formal and informal negotiations / discussions.
  • Mastery of detail and analytical skills; ability to manage complexity while staying focused on strategic / financial aims of the business.
  • Focus on data-driven decisions and ability to obtain and curate data to make objective decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously and under deadline.
  • Knowledge of Spend Management market, or similar FinTech experience is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
