Job description

We are seeking an Intern / Student to join our Operations and Maintenance team to be based in Rheidol Power Station. This 12 months fixed term contract offers a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in renewables while gaining hands on experience in O&M Management.

During your time with Statkraft you will work in various teams where you will become familiar with all our current technologies which include hydro power wind solar grid stabilisation such as rotating stabilisers and batteries.

As an Intern we offer the following experience :

  • Technical Asset management across our diverse renewable portfolio
  • O&M Finance OPEX & CAPEX projection
  • M&A and transactions
  • Technical consultation for internal customers
  • Project management over the full live cycle of O&M projects
  • Technical Management and engineering
  • HSSE and Quality Management

Qualifications :

  • Student of a relevant University course such as Electrical Mechanical Production Engineering or other relevant
  • You must have a desire to learn
  • You must have a driving licence
  • You must be motivated reliable and a team player
