Job descriptionMonday to Friday day shift 0500-0600 start (flexible with driver) Transporting plant machinery to UK ports, with commercial vehicle backloads, using the latest generation of transporter equipment. Product loading and restraint Completing detailed inspection and delivery paperwork Ensuring compliance with all safety and transport regulations Please note that this vehicle is fitted with a car transporter-sized cab. HGV Class One licence HGV Class One driving experience required : 2 Years In Date CPC & Digi Tacho No more than 6 points, no IN, DD or DR penalty codes A good level of physical fitness. The job is exerting and involves working at height Previous drawbar transporter experience is beneficial
Brit European, a transport company, have permanent positions available for an HGV Class One driver to join them as a heavy transporter driver based in Marchington. This is a drawbar-configuration vehicle.
You must have 2 years HGV Class One driving experience due to insurance restrictions.
OTE : £48,000 Per annum
