Job descriptionPrevious experience in a goods-in or warehouse role Sage system experience (ideal, but training can be provided) A valid Forklift Counterbalance licence Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills A positive attitude and a strong work ethic Must have safety boots and hi viz Must be happy to have a Criminal Record Check or already have one in place
Thorn Baker are currently recruiting for a Goods in Operative for their client based in Pinxton, Nottinghamshire.
Goods in Operative Job Role :
- Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
- Booking stock in and out using Sage (preferred but not essential)
- Organising and maintaining stock accuracy
- Assisting with general warehouse duties, such as packaging and stacking
- Operating forklift trucks safely and efficiently (1 hour max per day)
Goods in Operative Requirements :
Hours :
Monday to Thursday – 08 : 15am – 4 : 45pm
Friday – 08 : 15am – 3 : 45pm
Pay :
12.71ph, paid weekly, potential to be increased dependant on experience
