Job Title : Senior Manager, Creative Services
A little bit about our team :
The Global Marketing team at WMG operates at the heart of our business, working across top priority artists and tracks from around the world and driving digital innovation.
As a Senior Manager, Creative Services, you will play a pivotal role in building impactful digital campaigns for the company’s most prominent acts, backed by significant budgets.
Your expertise will place you at the forefront of content creation, creative development, innovation, and advertising, collaborating directly with major technology platforms and dynamic start-ups to promote our next global superstars.
Your role :
In this role, you will spearhead major digital campaigns for global priority artists, engaging with influencers, partnering with start-up tech companies, and crafting original content for platforms like TikTok. You will lead these campaigns, setting the standard for innovation and creativity in digital marketing.
Here you’ll get to :
Lead and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns to promote fan and audience growth.
Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality output.
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, including building in-house relationships and supporting global deals with creators.
Create, curate, and commission engaging content for advertising campaigns and social media channels.
Explore and implement creative and innovative methods to promote artists.
Be an educator within WMG, sharing best practices, learnings, and innovations in digital marketing.
Build and enhance WMG’s owned digital channels.
Leverage data and insights to inform and refine the creative strategy, ensuring alignment with audience preferences and trends.
Compile and distribute a weekly mailer to educate WMG on industry trends, new platforms, and creative campaigns.
Learn and apply the fundamentals of media buying to enhance advertising campaigns.
Oversee content performance, making adjustments to optimise campaign results.
Work with strategy, data, and insights to streamline processes around planning, delivery, and reporting.
Lead global creative taskforces, presenting and owning creative excellence globally.
About you :
5-7 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a focus on innovation and creativity.
Proven experience in sourcing, creating, and managing digital content.
Tech-savvy with a keen understanding of current trends in social media and technology.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills (phone, VC, written, in-person).
Strong experience in managing teams and leading projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with external agencies effectively.
We’d love it if you also had :
Experience with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, AdWords, TikTok, etc.
In-depth knowledge of the TikTok landscape, including content creation.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, etc.).
A passion for music and the entertainment industry.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Previous experience in a senior or managerial role within a creative or digital marketing agency.
