68cf) I am currently looking for Personal assistant / support worker required in the Avonmouth area 8hrs per week at £13.00 per hour.The chosen PA must be able to provide support as required to help me lead an independent lifestyle.I will require two PA’s when accessing the community for safety reasons as I use a wheelchair and can also have seizures, when this occurs, I am not able to detect any hazards surrounding me.

• Domestic cleaning and laundry
• Community access
• Meal preparations and cooking

Qualities in a candidate

The PA will be working 4hrs on Saturday and 4hrs on Sundays, I also require this PA to cover any annual leave throughout the week.DBS will be required and checked (DBS will be taken out if candidate does not already hold a portable DBS).Care experience desirable but not essential.I am looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
