Maintenance Operative

Looking for a building maintenance engineer to do planned maintenance on plant rooms and HVAC systems at Lymington Hospital.This is a contract position (2-3 months initially) with potential to become permanent after this period.Salary : Up to £17.30 per hour (Inside IR35 and PAYE only)Hours : Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pmOn-Call : Participation in the on-call rota (1 in every 3 weeks), with overtime and Saturdays paid at x1.5 and Sundays x2Responsibilities : Reactive and planned maintenance throughout Lymington Hospital, in particular plant rooms and heating systems.Requirements : Experience with plant rooms, chillers, hot water systems, HVAC systems, pumps, fire alarm systems testing and Legionella PPM experience18th edition qualification preferredOwn transport insured for business use (mileage claimable for on-call travel)Subject to a Standard DBS checkBenefits : Competitive hourly rate at minimum 45 hours a weekPotential for permanent positionOpportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment
