• Work closely with Project Design Manager
• Focus on Commercial Projects, but Domestic Projects will be required also. Support Team in pricing Term and Building Works also
• Scope of project work ranging from £250k – £10mil
• Prepare detailed Pricing Matrix from Blueprints generated (takeoff and measure)
• Work with PDM on Project submissions.
• QS experience would be a benefit but not a necessity
• The candidate will assist Bids Teams with submission
