About the Job

As a Panel Beater at our Corby site, you will play a crucial role in restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition. You will be responsible for repairing and replacing body components according to BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer's standards. Working within a dynamic team environment, you will utilise specialist body repair equipment to assess the best methods for repairs, contributing to achieving site targets and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Restore damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition by repairing and replacing body components.
  • Assess the most effective methods for conducting repairs and utilise specialist body repair equipment to achieve the best results.
  • Adhere to BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer's repair standards.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to achieve site targets.
  • Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area, following health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
  • About You

    Our ideal candidate will have :

  • Experience as a panel beater or multiskilled technician from an accident repair background.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge in panel beating techniques and equipment.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work.
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to assess and repair damage efficiently.
  • Ideally, you will be ATA / NVQ qualified, and we're committed to supporting you in renewing these to further enhance your skills and expertise.
