Job Title : Teaching Assistant

Location : Lincolnshire- Horncastle / Louth

Start Date : ASAP

Salary : GBP90 GBP100 per day

Prospero Teaching are currently working with a fantastic school who are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to work in a SEN School in Lincolnshire to work on a 1 : 1 basis.

The post requires a passionate Teaching Assistant who can take the lead in supporting the child’s personal targets and promoting positive behaviour.

Applicants must have either least NQV level 2 qualified or have a minimum of 6 months experience working with young children. You will need to feel confident within a classroom environment and be able to take direction from a class teacher.

All applicants will be contacted to discuss suitability and then invited to register with Prospero Teaching. Registration involves an enhanced DBS check, ID checks.

The role will include :

1. Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation

2. Working with students who require specialist support

3. Leading group work

4. Helping the class teacher with pupil observations

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST :

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
