Salary : £70,000 – £75,000 Plus £6.5k Car Allowance

Location : Tower Hamlets

Role : Contracts Manager

Build Recruitment is partnering with a national contractor to find a Contract Manager to join their expanding team. This role involves managing refurbishment projects in Tower Hamlets, primarily focusing on cladding and external planned works for social housing properties.

As Contracts Manager you will managing multiple contacts where you will be accountable for :

Plan and resource management for all projects
Manage the construction process
Carry out pre-contract site visits as part of tender preparation
Produce project programmes or delegate to Site Project Manager

Key Skills :

Experience in completing construction phase plans.

Client contract delivery, customer relationship management, and team leadership.

Proficiency in P&L, cash flow, and cost management.

Creating a culture of workplace safety.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills, with experience dealing with clients and subcontractors.

Proficient in IT, including Word, Outlook, Asta, and other Microsoft programs.

Capable of producing construction programs (ideally with MS Projects).

Flexible, team-oriented, with a proactive attitude.

Ability to produce and deliver progress reports.

Competence in managing H&S, quality, and program performance through the management team.
