Product Owner

OxSource are working with a technology company who are looking for a Product Owner to drive product excellence, enhance user experiences, and deliver impactful solutions for frontline services, including law enforcement, emergency responders, and search & rescue teams.

About the Role - What you’ll do : Own the product’s delivery and performance, ensuring it aligns with strategic goals Work closely with users to understand their needs and shape solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Agile product management practices Manage and refine the product backlog, prioritizing based on user needs, feedback, and data Drive continuous improvement and best practices in product management

Responsibilities - Proven experience in Agile product management (Jira, Confluence) Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively Leadership and collaboration skills to drive projects without direct authority Willingness to travel regularly to meet end users

Qualifications - A degree in a relevant field Experience in emergency services, military, aviation, or drone technology Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

Required Skills

Proven experience in Agile product management (Jira, Confluence)

Company based in Oxfordshire, you will work in a flexible hybrid way, travel to customer sites will be required also
