BCL Legal is working with a leading national law firm to recruit a Senior Associate (4+ PQE) to join its highly regarded Commercial Real Estate team in Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer to work on complex transactions for a diverse range of clients, including private and public sector organisations, as well as high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handling conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals.
• Managing portfolio acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
• Advising on secured lending transactions for both lenders and borrowers.
• Supporting clients across all stages of lease negotiations, surrenders, and management matters.
• Collaborating with the corporate team on real estate aspects of share and asset sales.
• Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
