Working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday this is a full time office based role.

As an Operations Coordinator , you will play a crucial role in streamlining their supply chain, ensuring efficient production, and optimizing business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee Supply Chain Management : Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and components.
• Process Orders : Handle incoming orders, raise purchase orders, and confirm sales orders.
• Collaborate with Production : Work closely with the Production Manager to meet production targets and budgets.
• Manage Finances : Process customer invoices and support financial activities.
• Utilize MRP Systems : Leverage MRP software for inventory tracking, production metrics, and performance reporting.
• Build Relationships : Establish and maintain strong relationships with hauliers.
