We're recruiting a Senior Housing Manager for one of Wales' most forward-thinking housing associations - a bold, values-led organisation that's reimagining what great community housing looks like.

You'll lead a brilliant, place-based team through an exciting new chapter, embedding one of the first joined-up, strengths-based tenancy support models in South Wales.

What you'll be doing as a Senior Housing Manager :

• Lead and support a team of 16, including two Team Leaders, helping them deliver a housing service that genuinely puts people first, from tackling ASB to managing empty homes and everything in between
• You'll be more than a manager - you'll be a mentor, a strategic thinker, and a connector, helping your team thrive and your service evolve
• You'll help redesign processes so they're less rigid, more human, and easier for both tenants and staff to navigate
• You'll be a coach and connector - helping your team build stronger relationships with tenants, partners, and each other
• Champion a new community-focused approach, bringing teams together across boundaries to provide joined-up, person-centred support
• Work hand-in-hand with local authorities, police, social care and elected members to tackle the big stuff - anti-social behaviour, neighbourhood issues, fly tipping and more
• Make sure tenants feel safe and heard by owning health & safety responsibilities and creating a culture where people speak up and act fast
• You'll use data and feedback not just to hit KPIs - but to make services better, fairer and more responsive
