Job descriptionDue to business growth, at Willis Global we’re recruiting for a Recruitment Business Partner to add to our team of consultants who specialise in recruiting for sectors such as Aviation & Aerospace and Supply Chain & Logistics covering a number of sub sectors such as Customs & Trade Compliance, Warehouse & Distribution, Freight Forwarding and Shipping. The role is based at offices in Braintree, Essex.The RoleReporting to the Managing Director, and working in a team of 4, with support and guidance from the team, you will identify opportunities within a dynamic and growing sector, a sector that has experienced impressive growth in recent years, and with great potential for future expansion with exciting projects in development to expand the sector in the UK.Equipped with an advanced sourcing platform, you will identify businesses within the sector such as Service Providers, Manufacturers and Globally Recognised Players, that are ready to expand and you’ll be tasked with establishing relationships with the key decision makers within those businesses when it comes to expansion plans and recruitment needs.Duties & Responsibilities of the Recruitment Business Partner;Becoming a subject matter expert in the sector you’ll be recruiting for. Sector to be discussed at interview.With support of the management team, identifying new business opportunities by researching the marketEstablishing and developing relationships with key decision makersSupporting key decision makers / hiring managers with recruitment plans by understanding their needs. Taking details of available job roles by obtaining job descriptions and required criteria from hiring managersProviding terms of business and negotiating agreementsPresenting applications to hiring managers and obtaining feedbackAdvertising job roles using online platforms.
