Team Leader / Supervisor (Social Housing, Repairs & Maintenance)

Permanent, 40 hours per week.

We are looking to recruit a Supervisor on our Home Group Contract, based in Leeds, covering the Yorkshire region.

About the Role

Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll be responsible for leading a team supporting the day to day activity. You’ll drive excellent service standards, influencing profitability and basic budget management, Health, Safety and Environmental management and compliance, whilst ensuring ensure exceptional customer relationships are maintained.

About You

Candidates will have previous experience with a trade background (, plumbing, multi skilled etc)with good knowledge of damp and mould, ideally within a social housing environment, coupled with the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships. Well organised, with good Health, Safety and Environmental knowledge, you’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the aptitude to communicate at all levels and will be IT literate.

You will be required to work on an on-call rota.
