Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN)

22 per hour Rotation of Day and Night Shifts FullTime

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) looking for a rewarding role in a luxury care home Our client a wellestablished and highly regarded care provider is seeking an experienced nurse to join their night team. As a Staff Nurse you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to residents throughout the night. Working within a multidisciplinary team you will ensure a safe nurturing and personcentred environment where residents can thrive.

  • A Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
  • A passion for providing outstanding care to older adults.
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Provide highquality nursing care to residents including those with dementia and complex health conditions.
  • Administer medications monitor residents health and respond promptly to any changes.
  • Lead and support care teams to ensure a compassionate and effective approach to care.
  • Maintain accurate care records in line with best practices and regulatory standards.
