Clinical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Lead to join a well-established charitable care home in Pinner, which is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support for its residents. About the Role : As a Clinical Lead, you will oversee the clinical and quality standards within the home, ensuring residents receive the best possible care. Working closely with the Head of Clinical Services, you will provide leadership and guidance to the nursing and care teams, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines.
