Job Title : M&E Site Manager or SupervisorLocation : Castle DonningtonSalary : £50,000 per annum (Permanent) / £300 per day (Contract)Start Date : ImmediateContract Type : Permanent or Contract availableWe are currently seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager or Supervisor to oversee an industrial project in Castle Donnington. This role is ideal for someone with a strong electrical background and some mechanical knowledge. Whether you’re looking for a permanent role or a contract opportunity, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage all site-based M&E activities on a day-to-day basis
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met
  • Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out safely and to high standards
  • Lead site teams and conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
  • Liaise with project management teams to provide updates and resolve issues
  • Maintain compliance with health & safety, QA / QC procedures, and company policies
  • Assist in mechanical and electrical installation works where required
  • Support commissioning and system handoversRequirements :
  • Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager or M&E Supervisor, preferably on industrial or commercial projects
  • Strong electrical background with understanding of mechanical systems
  • Valid SMSTS or SSSTS certificate
  • Electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
  • CSCS card and First Aid (preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specificationsWhat’s on Offer :
