The successful candidate will have great knowledge of the ISO9001 standard and be experienced with developing and maintain the Quality Management system.The Quality Manager will ideally have the following attributes : Extensive experience in Quality AssuranceEngineering background - preferably HNC qualified or equivalent work-based experienceStrategic and methodical mindsetExcellent communication skills - verbal and writtenGood knowledge of ISO9001 standardEnsuring compliance to quality standards and proceduresExperience in a lean manufacturing environment or Six sigmaGood problem-solving skills with use of RCA toolsInnovative, creative and good leadership qualitiesThe Quality Manager role will involve : Developing and managing the QMS in relation to ISO9001Leading Continuous ImprovementTraining and mentoring staff within the quality departmentStreamlining quality process and proceduresLiaising with a variety of departments and external stakeholdersAttending staff meetingsEnsuring compliance to all policies and proceduresConducting internal auditsIf you are interested in this position, please apply with an up-to-date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and your salary expectation
