As a Roadside Technician / Roadside Mechanic / Vehicle Technician / Mobile Technician / Mobile Mechanic, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing vehicle issues. Your primary responsibilities will include providing emergency roadside assistance, diagnosing mechanical problems, and performing minor repairs on-site.Key Responsibilities of Roadside Technician / Roadside Mechanic / Vehicle Technician / Mobile Technician / Mobile Mechanic : Respond promptly to service calls from customers needing roadside assistanceDiagnose vehicle issues and provide effective solutionsPerform minor repairs, including battery replacements, tire changes, and lockout servicesEnsure customer safety and satisfaction at all timesMaintain a professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with customersComplete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performedAdhere to company safety protocols and guidelinesStay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniquesQualifications and experience for Roadside Technician / Roadside Mechanic / Vehicle Technician : A current Category B driving licence is necessaryNVQ Level 2 or similar type of accreditation in light vehicle maintenanceDemonstrate empathy and a desire to always achieve the correct outcome.Experience of the Motor Repair industry (essential)Experience of lone working (desirable)Utilise and apply up-to-date vehicle repair techniquesDisplay and utilise best practice and first-class Health & Safety behavioursCollaboration with dispatch team to improve the customer claims journeyUse self-initiative Please contact Aimee Wilkins  at Tru Talent on (phone number removed) or (phone number removed), using reference (Roadside Technician) or 'Apply Now'.INDTTT
