My client, a respected independent dealership , is seeking a Service Advisor to join their busy Service Department .

The Role :

• Be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience
• Schedule & manage repairs , liaising with technicians & parts teams
• Provide accurate estimates & process invoices / warranty claims
• Upsell services & products where possible
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

What You Need :

Experience in a similar Service Advisor role

Strong customer service & organisational skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Full UK driving licence
