Business Analyst Cambridge / London (Up to 80% travel to client sites as needed)£65,000 to £75,000 (DOE) plus bonus We are looking for a Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in bridging a leading business' objectives with technology solutions. Focusing on new client requirements and implementations, this role involves analysing complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering data-driven solutions that drive success.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.Create detailed documentation, including process flows, use cases, and requirements documents.Lead requirements-gathering sessions and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.Develop and maintain business models, process maps, and analytical frameworks.Perform data analysis and produce reports to support decision-making.Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.Required Experience6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.5+ years of experience in motor lending and financing.Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation techniques, and business process modeling.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools.Knowledge of project management methodologies.Preferred QualificationsDegree in Business Administration or related field.Experience with loan origination and / or loan servicing platforms.Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent).Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Six Sigma certification.Familiarity with SQL, database concepts, and business intelligence tools.If you feel this is the position you are looking for, please do not hesitate to apply or contact me on  or call (phone number removed) for more details.Jack LinternRecruitment ConsultantTDA Telecoms
