Job Title : Site Supervisor

Site Location : Coleraine, Northern Ireland

Office Location : Derry, Northern Ireland

Salary : £34,944 per annum (Company Van included)

A leading Northern Ireland Facilities Management company is seeking a Site Supervisor.

The company delivers integrated building service solutions across the public and private sectors and has grown rapidly over the past five years to a 300-strong all-trade workforce.

Operating throughout Northern Ireland, they deliver high-quality, transparent services from strategic planning to project handover.

About the role :

Seeking a Site Supervisor responsible for coordinating operations, managing direct labour and subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to safety standards, practices, and protocols. Success in this role involves ensuring all contract work is compliant, meets client KPI requirements, and aligns with internal targets to deliver excellent service within budget.

Requirements : Essential :

  • IT literate.
  • Demonstrated experience and sound knowledge in delivering minor building and maintenance joinery services.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers.
  • Valid CSR card.
  • Full driving license.

Preferred :

  • Experience in the social housing sector.
  • Previous experience in a Foreman / Supervisor role.
