We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic recruitment team. • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for a range of roles across multiple industries.
• Work closely with recruitment consultants to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
• Maintain and update the candidate database.
• Liaise with clients to ensure all recruitment needs are met.
• Ensure a high standard of candidate experience throughout the process.The Ideal Candidate :
• Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role is preferred, but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, with a positive attitude towards learning and development.What We Offer :
