Dispensing Operative

Paydens is a family owned business which seeks to reward and empower its staff. Reporting directly to the Hub Manager, your support is vital in the provision of many different services.

You will be part of a hard-working and established team working in the hub to ensure that we deliver the most effective service in the industry.

This is a non customer facing role working at our Hub in Parkwood.

Responsibilities & Duties :

• To support and assist all members of the pharmacy team
• To dispense prescriptions accurately and professionally within legal and company guidelines
• Ensure the correct storage of the medication, ensure good stock rotation and monitor and check expiry dates
• Sort and file prescriptions and other relevant paperwork as per the Company’s Standard Operating Procedure
• Maintain a clean & tidy environment
• Liaise with Pharmacist's and their teams to enable the pharmacy to deliver the highest possible customer service

Qualifications & Skill’s :

Ideally candidates will hold an NVQ2 equivalent in Pharmacy Services or have experience working in the pharmacy industry.

Candidates must have basic IT knowledge and good customer service skills. Candidates must also be able to perform well under pressure, and work as part of a team.

Hours : Monday to Friday 6pm - 10pm
