Our client, a well-established Consultancy business based in West Kent, is seeking a Permanent Senior VAT Associate to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a strong background in Business Services to manage and develop their team while enhancing the existing client base. You will work autonomously in a hybrid environment, supported by Senior Partners, contributing innovative ideas to drive growth and ensure excellent client service.

• ATT or equivalent qualification
• Prior VAT audit experience in Public Sector, Charities, Education, Property & Healthcare
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Proven business development abilities with a proactive approach
• Ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve targets
